To provide quality human resources services and support for the city’s workforce on a continual basis in the areas of employee relations, compensation, training, safety, benefits, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and risk management. Further, to facilitate the progressive employment and recruitment of a diverse workforce.

Prepare agenda for monthly safety meetings, minutes, schedule training, maintain separate safety files.
