Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the first and third Monday evening of each month. If the first or third Monday shall be a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the succeeding evening, and adjourned meetings may be held whenever the Council shall deem the same necessary. The regular meetings of the City Council are held at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
In addition to the regular Council Meetings, one additional meeting is held each month. The Council Workshop Meeting, normally the first Monday of each month at 6 p.m., is held in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
All meetings are open to the public. At times, the Council will vote to go into private executive session to discuss a personnel, legal, or real estate subject.
