**Booklets will be available for purchase Tuesday, April 30 – Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Parks and Recreation Office, Chamber of Commerce and the Washington Public Library. There will be no refunds. In the event of rain, it will be left to the discretion of each participant to determine if they want to cancel.
