Production/Maintenance Operators Needed for Washington, MO Facility
6K Additive is actively seeking driven individuals to join our team as Production Laborer. As part of a rapidly expanding enterprise, you’ll play a crucial role in our growth journey, which involves the integration of cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and methodologies to cater to diverse metals and aerospace needs.

Our goal is to build a team that can operate and maintain our equipment allowing us to deliver sustainable recycled products to our customers. Our equipment includes milling, cleaning, and packaging machines run by pneumatic cylinders, mechanical, electrical, and PLC control systems.

What will you do as the Production Laborer?
•Receive and stage Inventory.
•Operate and maintain production Mill and support equipment.
•Safely pack and store materials as directed.
•Follow technical specifications, including safety and quality guidelines.
•Position containers for material collection from the process.
•Operate a forklift (will train)

What are the Minimum requirements for the role?
•Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
•Must be willing to work in an indoor/outdoor environment.
•Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
•Must be able to work rotating schedule.

What are the Preferred requirements for the role?
•Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment.
•Ability to read, interpret and follow technical and process instructions.
•Positive attitude and the willingness to work in a team-based environment.
•Demonstrated ability to work in a safe manner as a team member.
•Schedule flexibility and able to work overtime.
