Received several calls about a White passenger vehicle off the roadway on Highway 100 near Jones Lane. It has been checked on by MSHP.
Checked on a subject walking near the bridge. Subject was fine.
Checked on a subject walking on Highway A. Subject was fine.
Dog located in the 300 0.70 block of West 3rd Street. Owner was contacted and picked the dog up.
Peace disturbance on Horn Street. Subject was asked to keep it down.

This past summer the City entered into a Community Assistance Program (CAP) agreement at Lions Lake with the MO Conservation Department (MDC). The agreement will assist the Parks Department with fish stocking, lake rule enforcement, bank stabilization, aquatic vegetation management etc. We are looking forward to working with MDC!

Assisted a motorist near Highway 100 and High Street.

A subject came into the lobby to report harassment occurring in the 700 block of Horn St.
Officers responded to the 1900 block of Rabbit Trail for an alarm sounding.

A stealing was reported in the 1700 block of A Roy Dr.
A private property vehicle accident was reported in the area of High St. and W. 9th St.

A peace disturbance was reported near the 700 block of Shamrock.
Officers assisted EMS in the area of Bieker Rd and Hwy 100.

WFD trains for many types of emergency scenarios. We have several members that recently completed their rope technician certification, adding to the wealth of knowledge that we have from those with decades of experience in this area. We used those skills today with successful rescues of two individuals that needed help. This is why we train- for your safety and for ours. Thank you to WPD, WAAD and Washington Communications for their assistance with this call. Please use caution around steeply sloped areas and stay far away from the edges of any kind of drop-off.

These 2 good boys were found on Louis Street. One has a microchip but it has not been registered so the owner cannot be located. If you know who their parents are please give the PD a call at 636-390-1050. We want to get them back home as soon as possible.
