Hazards in the roadway reported near East 8th and Locust St. They were removed.
Check the wellbeing requested at an address on Kimberly Court. Everything was fine.
A disturbance was located while patrolling the Lions Lake Park area.
Business alarm checked at a business on Phoenix Center Drive.
Court order violation reported in the area of Washington Heights Dr.
Building checks and traffic enforcement activities.

Shovel snow away from storm drains and roads and onto vegetated areas to reduce the amount of runoff that can carry pollutants to our waterways. Grass and plants will act as a natural filter when the snow melts. #besnowsavvy

A subject was arrested in the Washington Crossing shopping center for outstanding warrants.
Officers responded to the 600 block of International for an alarm sounding.

Peace disturbance reported in the area of Koch Lane. Unable to locate the source of the loud noise.

A male was arrested for stealing in the 1700 block of A Roy Dr.

A private property motor vehicle crash was reported in the area of Phoenix Center Dr.

Found property located at W. Main St. and Oak St. returned to owner.
Fraud attempt was reported in the 400 block of E. 3rd St.
Found property was located in the 200 block of E. 5th St. and returned to the owner.
A female was taken into protective custody in the area of Don Ave.
Assisted the Children's Division in the 500 block of W. 5th St.

Suspicious vehicle on Lewis and Clark Drive. Subject was moved along.
Parking violation in the 300 block of West 5th Street. Vehicle owner was contacted and vehicle was moved.
Assisted a motorist in the 1900 block of Rabbit Trail Drive.
Assault reported in the 1100 block of West 5th Street.

Domestic assault in the 200 block of East 4th Street.
Vehicle crash in the 700 block of East 5th Street.
Vehicle crash in the 1300 block of High Street.
Officers checked the wellbeing of a subject in the 1500 block of First Parkway.
Vehicle crash in the 1700 block of A Roy Drive.
Officers conducted traffic stops and building checks through out the night.

Officers responded to a juvenile issue in the 1300 block of W. 7th St.
Officers responded to the 1200 block of W. 7th St. for a report of a domestic assault. During the investigation a subject was arrested for domestic assault.
A trespassing was reported in the 1700 block of A Roy Dr.
A private property motor vehicle accident was reported near Phoenix Center.
A suspicious person was reported in the 1000 block of Rose Lane.
A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 400 block of Hooker St.

Summary Days 12/12/24
Stealing was reported in the 1700 block of E 5th.
Officers contacted a suspicious person in the are of Marilyn Court.
Stealing was reported from Walmart. Both suspects have been identified and investigation is ongoing.
A traffic crash was reported in the area of 100 and Washington Square.
Officers responded to a peace disturbance in the area of Southwinds.
Fraud was reported by a subject who walked into the lobby.
Stealing was reported in the area of Southwinds.
Officers responded to a peace disturbance in the area of Cedar and Main.

Summary Days 12/11/24
Stealing was reported in the area of 5th and Elm. Two juvenile females observed on video stealing alcohol.
Officers responded to Mercy Hospital to assist securing with a trespassing issue.
A crash was investigated on the parking lot of Walmart involving a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle.

Officers were honored to participate in the Franklin County Sheriff's Department's Annual Shop with a Hero event. Officers Schmelz, Crawford, Hellebush, and Lt. Renkemeyer joined some kiddos for a shopping day at Walmart. It was a wonderful experience for both the kids and the officers. Thank you to Walmart for your hospitality and to the Sheriff's Department for including us in this heartwarming event.

Peace disturbance on Scenic Drive. Subject causing the disturbance left.
Open door located at a business on Washington Crossing. Building was secured.
Alarm in Washington Corners. Business was checked and was secure.

Winter is almost here, and ice is inevitable. Using rock salt to de-ice walkways and roads can help prevent accidents but has adverse environmental, property, and health implications. Only use enough to keep surfaces from getting too icy. When the ice and snow melts, the salt ends up in our waterways. #moderatethesalt

Animal running at large in the 900 block of West 7th Street. Owner located the dog prior to our arrival.
Subject was stopped for a traffic violation in the area of East 8th Street and Schaper Avenue. Subject was found to have several outstanding warrants. Subject was arrested.
Alarm on Phoenix Center Drive. Accidental by employee.
Subject was stopped in the 1200 West 7th Street for a traffic violation. Subject was found to be intoxicated and driving while their driving privilege was revoked. Subject was arrested.

Round 2 of Leaf pick up has been completed. See map for area(s) that has been serviced between Dec 2nd-9th.
Any additional leaves can be taken to the Recycling/Compost Center at 400 Recycle Drive or you can place leaves in paper bags to be picked up on your yard waste curbside collection day as determined by your Ward. If you have any questions, contact the Street Department at 636.390.1032.
