One of the subjects involved was found to be driving on an extremely expired drivers license and was arrested. Peace disturbance in the 900 block of East 5th Street. Subject causing the disturbance was picked up by a family member. Assisted EMS in the 200 block of High Street. Suspicious person in the 2000 block of High Street. Subject was waiting for the business to open.
