Stealing reported on A. Roy Drive. Subject was also a suspect in a stealing that occurred last month. The subject was arrested for both stealing incidents.
Assisted EMS in the 700 block of Horn Street. Subject was left in care of EMS.

Assisted EMS with a subject who fell during the parade in the 500 block of Elm Street.
Found property was turned in that was located on West Main Street at Jefferson Street. Owner was contacted.
Peace disturbance reported in the 900 block of East 1st Street. Subject causing the disturbance left.
Subjects were stopped for a traffic violation in the area of Highway 100 and Highway 47. Subjects were found to be under the age of 21 and in possession of alcohol. Subjects were arrested.
Assisted EMS with an alarm in the 100 block of East 5th Street.

Spoke with a resident regarding a concern involving a neighbor - fortunately, it turned out to be a simple misunderstanding.
Assisted EMS in the 600 block of West 3rd Street.
Helped a male subject get the assistance he needed in the 900 block of East 5th Street.

Winter weather is still predicted to arrive in our area late tonight and into tomorrow morning. Possible accumulations have dropped for the Washington area. Travel impacts are still possible for our area Saturday morning. The heaviest snow rates and accumulations is still expected over northeastern Missouri which is now in a winter storm warning.

A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Locust St.
A subject was arrested for a minor in possession of alcohol and resisting arrest in the area of Clay St. and Columbus Dr.
Officer responded to Bedford Center for a report of an alarm sounding.
A subject was arrested for DWI during a traffic stop in the area of 5th and Hooker.
A subject was arrested for DWI during a traffic stop in the area of 5th and Hill.
All subjects arrested are innocent until proven guilty.
Please be aware that, due to the holiday, Thursday’s Curbside Trash & Bulk Item collection will occur on Friday, and Friday’s collection will occur on Saturday.

- Each household may place up to two bulk items at the curb.
- Mattresses and box springs must be fully wrapped in plastic before collection to ensure the safety of residents and staff.

Trespassing on Phoenix Center Drive. Subjects were dumpster diving and management asked them to be trespassed.
Peace disturbance, dogs barking reported in the 600 block of Locust Street. Dogs were brought inside.
Assisted Franklin County with a warrant arrest in the 1700 block of East 5th Street.
Assisted MSHP with 2 subjects who were stopped for a traffic violation on Highway 47 near Washington Crossing. They were both found to have outstanding warrants and were arrested.
Alarm in the 200 block of Elm Street. Accidental.
Crews will be coming for the second round of leaf pickup starting December 1st.
