Officers checked the wellbeing of a female in the 500 block of W 2nd. A found property report was taken in the 300 block of Jefferson St. After an apparent overdose, a female was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child in the 300 block of W 5th St. She also had outstanding warrants. An informational report was taken in the 400 block of E 14th St. A derelict vehicle was reported in the 6700 block of Hwy 100.
